Elise Neal was born on March 14, 1970 in Memphis, Tennessee. She studied at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts for one year and eventually moved to New York to study dance and acting. Elise has also appeared in various stage productions.

Elise's film credits include "Rosewood," "Scream 2," "Restaurant," "Paid In Full" and "Hustle and Flow."

Elise's television guest appearances include "Law & Order," "Family Matters," "Living Single," "The Wayans Bros." and "CSI." She was also a regular in the daytime drama "Loving." Elise was a series regular in "SeaQuest DSV," the UPN series "The Hughleys," portraying D.L. Hughley's wife Yvonne and the UPN series "All Of Us."
