Kandyse McClure was born in South Africa in 1980.

She made her professional acting debut in the 1999 television movie “In a Class of His Own.” Her telefilm and feature film credits include “Romeo Must Die,” “The Spiral Staircase,” “Passion and Prejudice,” “Return to Cabin by the Lake,” the television remake of “Carrie” and “Hollywood Wives: The New Generation.”

Kandyse has guest starred in “Higher Ground,” “Level 9,” “The New Outer Limits,” “Mysterious Ways,” “Andromedia,” “Jake 2.0” and “Smallville.” She had recurring roles in Showtime’s “Jeremiah” as Elizabeth Munroe, “Dark Angel” and “Da Vinci’s Inquest.” Kandyse starred in the Saturday morning series “Just Deal” and she currently stars in SCI-FI’s “Battlestar Galactica” as Petty Officer Anastasia Dualla.

Kandyse currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia
